Controversial Opinion: I Still Like Frozen

Rewind to December 2013 when I posted this.

I still love it. I really do. Do You Wanna Build A Snowman is still a very sweet song. I've never liked Love is an Open Door. Let It Go is still impressive. I still adore Idina. Anna is still literally me, and I'm still in need of a Kristoff. This movie is so good. The animation is beautiful. And it's just fun all around. Is it the best thing Disney has ever done? Of course not. Did it deserve the Oscar over The Wind Rises? Nope. Do I love hearing the songs over and over? Not a chance. It is not without several flaws. Hype is hype and hype killed this movie. But if you ignore all that and just sit down and watch it, there is a lot to love. I liked being reminded of that fact today. Especially when my brother-in-law, who is not a fan of animated movies in general, was enjoying himself and laughing right along with sweet little Olaf.

Holy nonsense I'm not even kidding just go see this movie

• Brilliant characters
• Great score
• The acting talent is enough to swoon
• The animation is nothing short of magical
• The story just needed to be told
• The message is so strong

It had like one or two more songs than necessary but really its just so good. And the short before it is precious. I was crying like the first five minutes. And IDINA MENZEL IS A QUEEN BOTH IN THIS MOVIE AND IN REAL LIFE ALL HAIL IDINA!
