Dear Sammy:
I apologize for the delay in grading. I wasn't feeling the greatest over
the weekend and wanted to be sure this had my full attention.
When starting off the group you said, "Judging by the mood, I'm going to
try something different." YES!!! Good job. Next time, you don't even
have to say "Judging by the mood." Just change it up.
Hand Gestures is just what the group needed to get them laughing and more perky. And Breaking the News was clear and concise.
The group trusts you and your leadership. Regardless of whether or not
you were nervous, you seemed calm and collected with dashes of
confidence sprinkled in. You were steady and controlled, but not afraid
to clarify if you knew something needed to be clearer.
Diplomas were the perfect ending to a dreary day. The class came in with
so much low energy, but they perked up and had something tangible to
take home with them. Well done.
I have full confidence in your next leadership session. And that interactive/group process seems to be helping you a bunch.
With all this in consideration, your leadership grade is an A.
Nice work,
