Showing Us Up

I think my life is just being shown up by these BAMF older women who got game. Back in high school, it was my aerobics teacher. At Relay for Life, it was the awesome lady leading Zumba. Today, and for most of this semester, it is my yoga instructor. She's hilarious and sweet and SO FREAKING DIESEL. No but actually. She's awesome. And I dunno how she makes her body do that stuff. Impressed. I'm pumped for this semester, man.

Reason 362: Let's talk about how last week was about 100 degrees all week and NOW it feels like October. It feels nice. It's relaxing. It's a great feeling to step out of work and NOT feel like I'm melting.
