I am done with finals! How lovely. I'm so glad people had fun at our Musical Theatre show. So much fun! And I'm glad people enjoyed the creepiness of Sweeney. Tomorrow I work for 5 hours and then I go home! Home home! Ah home for the holidays. So lovely.

Reason 353: I think it's important to know who is important in your life. To know who is a true friend. To know who is good for your life and who is not. To know, even though all people make marks in our lives, which people's marks should be allowed to truly matter in the end. Today I spent my morning/afternoon with Fabrizio. It was completely unlike hanging out with any of my other friends. It was kind of serious actually. But honestly? I'm okay with that. It was refreshing. He and I have a lot more in common than I initially thought, and it's great to know that I found a friend who truly gets me, especially in such an unlikely place. This friendship makes me happy. ALSO, our friendship. Thank you oh so much for sticking around and being so important to me <3

I love Pentatonix. I love Todrick Hall. I love that they're friends. I love that Kirstie gets a big part, finally. I just love all of this.

Reason 333: I saw an old teacher of mine at work today! She was my Spanish teacher freshman year. She actually seemed very displeased to see me. Hmm. Dunno. It made me realize that maybe she didn't want to see me there, but I was content being there. There meaning where I am with my life overall. An hour or so later, I saw an old classmate of mine! She graduated two years before me, but we took Pre-Calc together my sophomore year.  She was always loud and fun and a huge fashionista. Running into her today was crazy! She's still super sweet and has a really bright smile. She's actually taking a bunch of online courses with both MC and UMBC, which is pretty sweet. And I met her son of four months. He's such a beautiful little boy. I'm glad that she's happy with where her life is, too.

This is perfect. This will never not be perfect.

They Came From Way Far Out In Outerspace

Reason 59: We just flash-mobbed the mall! It was so fun! Yay Hairspray! And we had a blast. You could tell we all had SUCH high energy. I was impressed with us. I think we're ready for this :D Also, fun with Adrian, John, & Jennifer once again. We are the best team! And I now ship John & Adrian (teehee i kid i kid. It's so funny how much it bothers them though). And I stole John's newsboy cap that he wears ALL THE TIME mwuahah. But I feel bad because I dunno how to get it back to him. Whoops!

All Grown Up and Saving China

Reason 47: My babies are growing up! Smeallie has released the cast list for the Odd Couple, and let me tell you I am SO EXCITED to see my darlings up on stage and in charge of crews. I also saw a lot of freshmen names up there. Do you know how exciting that is?! I have so much faith in this program, and I can't wait to see S.T.A.G.E in action again!

Maybe 'cause he's in town, but I'm on a Todrick Hall kick. I can't get over how brilliant he is :)

It Gets Better

Reason 45: Look at how far we've come this week. It was so ridiculously hot, and now, it feels SO NICE OUT. Look at how far we've come this year. I was so terrified of my future and what I'd do with my life, and now I'm finally at McDaniel, happier than I've been in a long time. Look at how far we've come this decade. September 11, 2001 was a dark and scary time, and our hearts were filled with hate. But now, we as a nation come together and share our love for those lost and their families. After darkness comes light. There's proof of that every day.
