New Babies

We had our first Alpha Psi meeting of the semester today. And it was nice and organized. I'm thrilled by all the great things that are happening. And now the words have been said. It's on the horizon. We are preparing. BABIES. THE BABIES ARE COMING. Letters are accepted February 22. We will have Littles OMG.

Leading Reveal

Jess A & I led reveal tonight. After being the closest to these babies for a while now, everyone FINALLY knows who their Bigs are. They actually were pretty good at guessing! They're all put into wonderful families and being caught up on traditions. Honestly, I LOVE this new class. I have so much hope for them. They may be someone else's Littles. But they'll always be my babies. And I look forward to working with them in the near future. We've got great things planned :)

Alpha Psi Babies!

Last night was the most fun meeting ever. We got together and, one by one, reviewed the letters submitted by our Potential New Members, all AMAZING by the way. So much fun. We have 10 new members, all assigned to Bigs last night. We made pretty cards for the lovely PNMs! The acceptance letters are now in the mail along with their first clue. For the next 2 weeks, they will have fun guessing their Bigs! Our little family is growing! I'm thrilled. Truly thrilled. As a heads up, Joshy and I are no longer the only set of twins. But it's all good, we're still the cutest :3

Littles

Mae invited us over to her house! She has a house with her classmate Keira, who is also in Alpha Psi. Oh my gosh, it's beautiful. It's so spacious! And so I got to spend the evening with them, Kiera's friend (slash a sort-of Teacher's Assistant in my Stage craft class) Eric, my twin Joshy, and Emily. Emily is a junior who is in Alpha Psi AND is Mae's little in a different social sorority. Anyway. It was just a wonderful family dinner. We had fun. And I just love spending time with wonderful people. I especially love hearing stories about all the shows and stuff that have passed on campus. I can't wait to tell stories of my own :)

My Big

Reason 363: MAE IS COMING BACK. I'm allowed to say this here because it's not like anyone from McDaniel reads this anyway. Turns out, Mae is gonna work to get another BA at McDaniel, so she's RE-ENROLLED! I GET HER BACK THIS YEAR <3 Truly the best news ever. The Zebra family is in for so many more fun times!

Let Me Be Your Teddy Bear

Reason 243: I love that song! I also love that we are FINALLY getting updates about this years Children's Show, in which I am a teddy bear :3 Excited!! It's gonna be so crazy cute. Meanwhile, we got a half schedule (full at first read-through) in which I found out April 27th is a mandatory date. 27th? Day of my sister's baby shower?.... Uhm. Yikes. Sorry Mae, but I cannot. I have to put Karla first and that's final! -hides-... Oh, you're okay with it? You understand?! YAY. From best Peer Mentor to best Big to best Director! I love that girl.

Reason 227: I spent a lovely evening with my Big Mae and Twin Joshy! We ate some fantastic banana bread, watched some Netflix, played some Where's My Perry, and enjoyed each others' company. I love my family! Zebras are the bestest!

So we watched a show called Murder She Wrote. How did I not know about this before? Basically it's a mystery show where Angela Lansbury is her usual boss self.

Today is the day I find out who my Big in Alpha Psi Omega is. I am ridiculously excited. THE TIME HAS COME!

UPDATE: I HAVE A BIG! MAE IS MY BIG! MY PEER MENTOR IS MY BIG! AND JOSHY IS MY TWIN!!!! AND I HAVE AN AUNTIE LAURA, AND MARIAH AND KYLA ARE MY COUSINS. I'M A ZEBRA!!!!
