Ignition

Reason 57: FIRST GAME. I started today feeling like crap. (I'm still not over yesterday's disappointment. I dwell. It's not good.) But son, as soon as I got in that car, I felt amazing. I just needed that change of scenery. And going back into DC felt so relieving. And then the park?!? OMG. The field in person was beautiful. The crowd was so great. We lost but it was really all about the experience for me. I had a blast. I am now here, refreshed and ready to face new challenges. Emily is back, so I have company. I'm content. And can't thank my darling friends enough for being there for me.

Made For Me & You

Reason 5: I spent my morning in DC with the future Mr. & Mrs. Bowen! And they were cute and funny and so very much in love. I'm glad Karla is so happy :)

Meanwhile WE GOTTA GO BACK TOMORROW! No complaints ;)
