Reason 99: So we went to see Wreck-It-Ralph today. BEYOND perfect. I loved absolutely every reference. All the jokes landed well. The music was fun. The animation was great. It was very visually pleasing overall. The characters were all so loveable. And the entire concept was awesome. I'm being generous, I know. But I seriously adored that movie and would not hesitate to go back.

AND

It comes with a short called Paperman. Umm... I cried... Like that's so embarrassing but it was such  a beautiful story. I think the animation did it for me. But honestly, I had way too many feelings over something that wasn't even five minutes. It's like the first five minutes of Up with a happy ending!

Reason 90: Forreal forreal, I'm proud of myself. I watched Dark Knight Rises for the 1st time today (loved it!) and I totally got it. I mean, I expected to. I love the comics and have already seen the trilogy along with several other adaptations. But when the girls knew absolutely NOTHING, I was like TRUCK YEAH, RAISED RIGHT! Thank you Karla. And I miss my boys. -sigh-
