A Glimpse At The World I'm In Love With

• Okay so first off THIS
  
• Homecoming was freaking awesome. So many of the Alpha Psi alumns came back for it. I met a lot of fun people, including my grandbig! It was such a great time. I love this family.
• Pentatonix released two awesome videos. The first was Evolution of Beyonce which basically I fell in love with. The second was their Daft Punk medley. Oh my darling. I cannot. Seriously, finding a Daft Punk cover I approve of is hard. Very. But THIS. IS AMAZING. Mind blown.
• Halloween was a freaking blast. I mean, I was up til 4 writing a paper that I didn't even get the best grade on. BUT everything before that was roses. I was Jem. Like, it actually happened. I FINALLY dressed up as Jem. And I loved my costume so much. I got tons of compliments. Seriously, I just want to be her every day all the time. Always.
• I went home last weekend for Cristina's dedication in front of her church. I was seriously so happy to see her. My beautiful little girl <3 She makes me homesick.
• I wrote a paper for my Communications class on Wednesday entirely about My Little Pony. And I'm ridiculously proud of it. Immensely. And it WAS due yesterday but she was sick, so she cancelled class and moved the assignment for Monday. Hey, the less I have to do this weekend the better.
• Let's talk web shows!
• So Red vs Blue is on the second to last episode of the season, meaning there WILL be a Season 12. You can't imagine how excited I am. I recently rewatched the whole show, so I am more in love with it than ever before. And this last episode? Yo.
• RWBY put up its season finale on Thursday. It was FAB. Seriously, Rooster Teeth knows what's up. It was a great first season and I look forward to more. I also look forward to getting my hands on that soundtrack.
• MPGIS is back. AHH! Season 3 has started and it gets REAL. It's all we've ever wanted!
• And, the most exciting news of all: MY PASSPORT ARRIVED. Only took two weeks. It is here. I own it. All mine. All the paperwork is handed in. The check is handed in. Everything is settled. This coming January, something I never thought would happen will happen. I'M GOING TO EUROPE. I could cry. Seriously. This is amazing. Fun fact! We're going to see two West End shows. We got a list of about twelve shows and voted for a top 5. We will pick the two based on what tickets are cheapest. Les Miserables is on the list. Now, I'm truly not the biggest fan of that show. HOWEVER, if we see that show, I get to see Carrie. Carrie Hope Fletcher. As Eponine. aka her dream role. One of my favorite youtubers doing the thing she is most proud of. HOW AMAZING IS THAT? Ugh. I can't wait for January.

I'm sure there's more. There will be more. But for now, just know I'm a happy girl and am so glad to be blogging again :)

SHE BLOGGED! HALLELU! I dunno if you remember me telling you that Sara got a blog ages ago. Well lot of good that did, because her first entry was her only one for a very long time. UNTIL TODAY. Oh my gosh and it's so good. Like, here I am struggling in this mess of an astronomy class. And she said the perfect words. I love her. Yes. Yes to blogs! They are a healing experience.

Seriously, I love your wring style. Something about your imagery. I always feel like I'm right there with you. Man how I wish I could be. And the pictures are so great! D'aww, little Abbi in the mountains. I'm glad we have this again. Our private blog where we share everything. How I've missed it. <3

Smeallie posted a blogpost!

Before Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, all the directors whose program's are invited to perform meet up and see the dorms where people will stay and such. Smeallie posted about his trip, which makes me really happy to be in the loop. Smeallie should definitely blog more. And oh my goodness the photos are so pretty! I want to go! I want to travel outside of the USA! I truly am so jealous. And yet, so so happy for these kids who get the experience of a lifetime. Meanwhile, take a look at the picture of the dorms. Small. But. WHAT I WOULD GIVE TO HAVE A SINK IN MY DORM.

No. My life is not always so happy. I've faced a lot of hard times this year. It hasn't been too fun. But really? Look at this blog. Look. At. This. Blog. Here are 365 moments in my life that I am grateful for. How dare I ever complain about the bad? There truly is so much good. I'm so proud of this project. You can't even imagine. I just sat down and reread every single post in here. Admittedly, I should take time to fix the broken links and typos, but I know what should be there and it's not like anyone else reads this XP ANYSWOOZIES. Thank you. If you're reading this, thank you for taking this journey with me. I had a blast. I hope it inspired some kind of positivity for someone's life. It DEFINITELY has helped mine immensely. Here's to a successful project, and a little journal.

No. This is not the end. Although I will no longer be posting on a set schedule, I will continue to post on this blog and share wonderful stories about my life ^_^

Reason 300

I got mail. I got mail. I got mail hey hey hey hey! I got mail. I got mail! And it's the 30 Seconds to Mars album! TODAY TODAY TODAY (mixing song references is confusing).

They've blown my mind. Honestly. This album is beautiful. And I own a copy!!

Guys. This is my 300th post. That's pretty crazy. I've been doing this for almost a full year now. 300 reasons that I enjoy my life. That is truly something to be celebrated. I love that this exists. I love that this is mine. Thanks for being a part of the journey with me. For all 3 of you that read this, let me know what you think. I've really had a blast with this, and it was super easy to get into the habit of writing an entry a day. Should I keep it going once the year is done? Would you guys be interested? I probably wouldn't update it every day, but still. Comment with your opinions or suggestions!

^My vision for this blog, in a nutshell

Reason 102: I don't want to repeat the letter thing (although let's be real, letter from LuzKarime is SO EXCITING). So let's talk about Sara! She made a blog today. She's starting to write, isn't that cool? I'm excited to see where her mind takes her. Blogger might not be a strong place for audiences but it's definitely a great place to let your thoughts out. Hooray!

An Unnecessarily Long Introduction

A close friend of mine sent me a journal. Just a small book of thoughts and inspirations. In this journal, I saw his soul. That may be the cheesiest thing I've ever said, but I really don't know how else to say it. In one part he confessed that he used twitter to rant and ramble, and get his feelings out. But eventually, he decided to vent through "good old-fashioned writing". I decided it was about time I do the same. And I wanted to do the same for him, but I wanted it to be something positive. It's not true that "there's no reason to be sad". There is reason to be sad. But there's so much more reason to be happy. I believe we both needed a reminder of that. So I decided on 365 reasons to smile. It's my way of sharing the personal joys in my life. HOWEVER, I think most journals are about 200 pages (??), and postage is expensive and time consuming. SO I decided to choose this as my medium. I realize it will probably only be him and myself that ever see this, seeing as no one even uses blogger anymore (admittedly I prefer vlogs, but I lack the means to produce my own). That's okay. I just hope I can get through this with as much positivity as possible. I'll try my hardest not to be a preachy "oh-look-she-thinks-she's-deep" teenager. I'm also fairly sure that no other entry will EVER be as long as this one. -sigh- Here goes another way to use up my time.

Reason 1: Today, I am starting a new project. And with it, I start a new adventure :)
